Typhoon Mania

So..having only been in Okinawa a few weeks I have been warned by many to be prepared for a typhoon. My first week after arriving here we experienced a small one, and that was enough to open my eyes. My son decided he wanted to drink an entire gallon of milk in two days leaving me pulling my hair and trying to come up with anything else he would drink. He is a cow. Literally.

So this weekend we are expected to have another amazing storm. It is headed towards us at a Cat 4 right now, and is supposed to be blessing us with its rain and winds on Saturday. Yay. Having learned my lesson from the last storm I think I went a teeny bit overboard this time. I went ahead and got 3 gallons of milk. Yes, 3. As well as 3 things of formula for my 4 month old daughter. Yes, 3. Can't say I'm not prepared this time! Let's just hope we don't loose power or anything special like that. Because I would hate for that much milk to just go to waste.

On to more exciting things. Izzy just turned 4 months old! Amazing how time flies. She is such a character too, with a big big attitude for such a small lil creature. Good Lord, help me when she learns to talk, or becomes a teen for that matter. Zanax please! I kid...I kid... Kind of.

Here are her pictures for the month, eat your heart out!

Isn't she just the cutest. She can roll over both ways now and is a beast with the food. She eats 6 oz every three to four hours. And that girl can devour some bananas. Healthy lil stinker.

Enough ramblings for today. And side note-I survived more than a week! Woop Woop!
