Triple STATurday

I realize I am a horrible blogger. That's alright though...I still keep track of everything with good ole pencil and paper. I'm just better at that I guess.

This week was the last week of the Alpha Phase for T25. I am a little nervous going into the Beta Phase as I still pretty much die when doing the Alpha workouts. Gotta get better eventually though, right?! I have noticed that I can do many of the workouts better, and take fewer water breaks. When I do take a break now, it is only to take a sip of my water and wipe the layers of sweat off of my face. That's an improvement!

My diet is coming along terrific. I am really enjoying eating clean and have found tons of recipes from Pinterest. Most of them my kiddos ate without a problem too! That's pretty darn amazing considering my 3 year old is the pickiest eater I have ever known existed.

I'm pretty happy with how the weight loss is going at this point, slow and steady wins the race....or something along those lines. It is slow, but at least its coming off. And I am working for it. It didn't jump on my body over night, so I know it's not gonna just fall off overnight. Although that would be amazing... :)

I am loosing a lot more inches around my bellybutton than my upper waist (where they have you measure), so I am extremely happy with that. It is where most of my weight is held! I will also post my half-way pictures this weekend when I can get them done with the kiddos asleep!
